Questions
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They can use the Regular app, or add your stamp card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the counter sticker.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Staff use any phone or tablet with a camera. The counter sticker prints on any printer.
What does the free trial include?
Everything in Neighbourhood. Venues that join before 1 January 2027 get 3 months free with no card needed. Later sign-ups get 1 month and add a card at sign-up, charged only if they don’t cancel before the trial ends.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. Cancel or switch to Starter whenever you like. Your guests keep their stamp history.
Who sees my guests’ data?
Only your business sees the visits at your venue. Guests control their own data and can delete their account at any time. See our privacy policy.
